VASTOO CONSULTATION
PACKAGE # 2

- SCOPE OF VASTOO CONSULTATION
- The scope of services shall be limited to Vastu consultation and advisory services only and shall include the following:
- Review of site orientation, access, and surrounding context from a Vastu perspective.
- Examination of proposed architectural plans, layouts, and space planning for Vastu compliance.
- Recommendations regarding the location and orientation of key spaces such as entrance, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, toilets, staircase, pooja room, office areas, commercial spaces, and utility areas.
- Guidance on zoning, circulation patterns, and functional arrangement of spaces in accordance with Vastu principles.
- Suggestions for placement of doors, windows, openings, and important functional elements as per Vastu considerations.
- Identification of Vastu-related observations and recommendations for practical corrective measures based on a balanced approach that integrates traditional Vastu principles with architectural best practices, environmental responsiveness, functionality, natural lighting, ventilation, thermal comfort, and occupant well-being.
- Preparation and placement of the Vastu Chakra, Nav Disha Grid, and directional analysis on the architectural plans provided by the Client for the purpose of Vastu assessment, evaluation, and recommendations.

IMPORTANT : ● Consultant / Local Architect’s role is limited to periodic supervision and advisory services only.
● Responsibility for design shall remain with the Principal Design Architect. ● Responsibility for construction methods, workmanship, safety practices, labour management, and material procurement shall remain with the Contractor and Project Owner.
● Any alteration, modification, revision, redrawing, additional drawings, or design changes required due to site conditions, client requirements, or construction constraints shall be treated as additional services and charged separately at mutually agreed rates.
● Such changes shall be undertaken only with the approval of the Principal Architect.
